WEB SITE DESIGN We offer web site design and development based upon an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. The actual cost of most of the websites that we design varies from about $250.00 to about $1,800.00 depending on how simple or how complex of a site you want built. If you are interested in having us design your herp-related web site, please contact us with specifics of what you want designed and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate of costs. We can also do the logo design and graphics work for your site, but you are responsible for providing the photographs that you want to be incorporated into your site. If you do not yet have a domain name registered we will assist you with obtaining one. We no longer offer web-hosting services on our server, but if we design a site for you, we will be happy to assist you in obtaining web-hosting with a reliable hosting provider. On all web site design and development projects we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost at the beginning of the project with the balance being payable at the completion of the project. We will invoice you by PayPal.
WEB SITE MAINTENANCE AND UPDATING SERVICE Once you have your web site up and running, if you need someone to maintain and update it for you, we do offer a web site maintenance and updating service. This service is billed at $30.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Additional hours are billed in half-hour increments. We will invoice you by PayPal.
VIRTUAL EMAIL ADDRESSES AND MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE
Want an email address that identifies you as a herper? Perhaps you would like something a little more noticable than an AOL, Hot Mail, Yahoo or other similiar addresses? We offer herp-related virtual email addresses with automatic mail forwarding to your regular permanent email address. You may select any address that is not taken using one of our three (3) domains: lepidus.net, southwesternherp.com, or texas-venomous.com - the choice is yours. Some examples are as follows:
YourName@southwesternherp.com YourName@texas-venomous.com These addresses MAY NOT be used for sending spam, soliciting minors, sending sexually explicit content or other unlawful or inappropriate material. Complaints concerning the sending of such prohibited content will result in the immediate termination of your virtual email account(s). The fee for our Virtual Email Address and Mail Forwarding Service is $17.95 per year for each address you register. This annual fee is payable through PayPal. In order to prevent possible interruption of your mail forwarding service and the unintentional loss of your virtual email address all Virtual Email Address and Mail Forwarding Service accounts are set up for automatic recurring billing at the end of your 12 month subscription until such time as you cancel it through PayPal. To sign-up for your Virtual Email Address and Mail Forwarding Service account, just enter the virtual email address that you desire and the correct email address where your mail should be forwarded to in the boxes below and then click on the subscribe button.
You will be notified by us as soon as your account has been activated. If the virtual email address you request has already been taken we will contact you by email to choose a different one.

PHOTO SCANNING SERVICE If you have photographic prints that are herp-related that you need scanned for use on the Internet, we offer scanning services at $25.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Additional hours will be billed in half-hour increments. This service includes cropping and resizing of your images when so requested. On the average, we can scan, crop and resize approximately 20 - 22 photographs per hour. Email us and we will provide you with instructions for mailing your prints/photos to us. We will scan them, burn them onto a CD and return your originals to you along with your CD by U.S.P.S. There is an additional $5.00 charge for the CD, postage and packaging. Please note that at the current time we do not offer scans from slides - only from photographic prints. When your order is ready to ship, we will invoice you by PayPal. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment through PayPal.
